annie
Annie strives for a healthy and prosperous life by working out, eating colourful nutritious foods and having a relaxed pace lifestyle. Yoga is her way to strengthen her body and calm her mind, which also enable her to maintain a positive attitude in coping with daily affairs. Annie teaches Yin and Sivananda Yoga, practicing with her will leave you feeling open, peaceful and refreshed.

gine
Gine started yoga by self practice in 2018. Through the practice she discovers inner peace and ease, falling deeply in love with yoga. Gine usually practice Hatha, Vinyasa, yoga targeting Chakras and arm balances on her own. Having a regular and strong practice, she decided to deepen her knowledge and took up yoga teacher training. Now she is a qualified instructor, sharing and spending her love for yoga through teaching. As a plant lover she especially enjoy practicing yoga surrounded by greeneries.

Jina has been practising yoga since her 20s. She was trained by yoga gurus from Patanjali Institute in India. The aim of her style of yoga is to help the practitioners connect to their bodies, minds and emotions, through asanas and breath work. And at the same time, cultivate a balanced self, including kindness, acceptance and compassion to self.

kaini
Corporate by day and instructor after six. A Yoga Alliance E-RYT500 yoga enthusiast, animal and music lover who enjoys having fun in classes. Teaching yoga is a calling for her. Besides that it also gives her the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life. She believes that every individual is unique, modifying poses and giving options so that yoga is accessible for everyone. Her teaching style evolves from focusing on asanas to emphasizing on overall mind body wellness these days. Kaini is also a trainer for Yoga Teacher Training.

michelle
Michelle started her yoga practice in year 2003 and has been teaching since year 2011. She used to be shy and reserved but yoga has helped her build inner strength and boost self confidence. With her vast experience and 200hrs certified, she hopes to share the practice with all, cultivating a healthy body, mind and soul. Michelle specializes in Hatha and Flow.

Lin started yoga as a form of workout. She never thought how the practice would change her. Now yoga is part of her life. In yoga she found health and inner peace.
In her asana practice, she focuses on syncing the movement with breath and let the breath guide the energy flow in our body. As an instructor, Lin uses simple cues and instructions, proper alignments along with practical techniques to guide students into their poses with ease.

Ruby found yoga (other than being a dog mama) while seeking for respite from her active and fast-paced life where she dabbles with a bit of everything. Keeping true to her free spirited nature, her class “goes with the flow” yet grounding.
Graduated as an Inside Flow certified instructor, Ruby successfully marries her two major loves - movement and music. Look out for her pop-up Inside Flow classes and be prepared to break a sweat while immersing in a moving meditation.

Seil's yoga journey began during COVID-19 MCO in 2018 when she started her home practice. Yoga quickly became a source of health, happiness, and personal growth. ueled by this transformative mind-body discipline, she pursued Yoga Teacher Training course to deepen her knowledge. Till today, she continued to refine her practice and expand her understanding of yoga. Sharing yoga is her greatest joy, and she is dedicated to inspiring others to embrace the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of this incredible practice.
