Our Classes

Basics 基本

Build a solid foundation where the essentials are taught, and for those who want to improve their alignment, strengthen and promote flexibility in their body.  It is also designed to meet the needs of those who are new to yoga.

Fly 

Fly yoga uses rope as prop to practice regular yoga poses in a supported way.  Our aerial yoga class keeps all the elements of traditional yoga, with a more modern and  fun approach. Take the challenge to defy gravity, and enjoy the positive effects on mental, spiritual and physical health.

Flow 流

A typical flow yoga class that brings your heart rate up and sweat.  You will move mindfully, synchronizing movement and breath.  Building both  strength and balance on the yoga mat, this class allows you to move, breathe and stretch in between poses.

Hatha 哈塔

Alignment based class with step by step instruction into yoga postures. Different breathing techniques will be practiced too. The postures and breathing techniques purify the physical body. 

Prenatal 孕妇瑜伽

Support moms-to-be emotionally and physically.  A gentle class designed to ease the aches and pains of mommies-to-be, in a nurturing and supportive environment, with emphasis on breathing, stamina, restorative poses, and core strength.  There are endless benefits expecting mothers receive from rolling out the mat. Only available on 1-to-1 basis.

Restorative 修复

A practice that is about slowing down, aim to create deep mental and physical relaxation, practising just a few postures supported by props, great for winding down.  Restorative yoga poses will calm your mind and reset your entire body, optimising mind and body health.

Sculpt 塑形

Focus on building strength and toning muscles, with light weights to target specific muscle groups.  This is a low impact class, suitable for various fitness levels.

Stretch  拉伸

A gentle slow, grounding practice designed to release deep-seated tension, increase flexibility, and promote relaxation. Focus on passive stretches, allowing for greater mobility and improved circulation.

Wheel  轮

Using yoga wheel as a prop, this class is designed to help stretch and release tension and muscular tightness in the back, chest, shoulders, abdomen.  The practice also builds strength and improve balancing.  The wheel is used to offer a more challenging balance practice, or provide support for difficult poses. 

Yin 阴

Slow-paced style yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time.  It applies moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body to improve flexibility.  Yin target the fascias and aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence.

Yin Yang 阴阳

This fusion class provides a balance of effort and ease by combining high energy Yang practice with Yin style restoratives. The class sequences will challenge your mental concentration and physical strength in a fun and lighthearted way.
